Carloforte Sardinia
A passion that lasts a lifetime

A life dedicated to the sea, boats, and Sardinia.

Experience at the service of hospitality
Welcome aboard! My name is Gianluca, and I captain our small fleet composed of Annina II and Antioco il Moro Tre, two magnificent traditional boats that will take you on unforgettable excursions around the islands of San Pietro and Sant’Antioco.
After gaining experience on naval ships, in 1997 I chose to work on an offshore fishing vessel, rekindling my passion for the sea and fishing. It was an incredible decade, full of professional and personal growth, memories I still cherish today.
In 2008, I returned to my beloved Sardinia, settling on the Costa Smeralda and acquiring my first boat: Patrizia, a beautiful small fishing gozzo that allowed me to make a living while reconnecting with nature. For two years, I was accompanied by sunrise and sunset, the playful swimming of dolphins, and the calls of the shearwaters.
Then, in 2016, Annina II came into my life—a bilancella built in the 1960s in Carloforte, moored in Bosa and in a state of neglect. I decided to save her from demolition and restore her to her former glory.
In 2024, Antioco il Moro Tre joined the fleet—a racing gozzo built in Sant’Antioco with meticulous care and top-quality materials.
I love the winter, when the mistral winds whip through the sails on chilly fishing days, and I look forward to spring, when I welcome guests aboard to share the beauty of the coasts of Carloforte, Calasetta, and Sant’Antioco.
I look forward to having you on your next excursion in this enchanting corner of Sardinia!
